We would love to say yes, but we are still developing our sales program. Once developed, anyone with a user account on Xonkers will be able to create and edit sales listings.

With development still in progress, it is difficult to say with any certainty but in the beginning, there will be an option for a free simple listing. So be sure to keep checking back on our progress.

We are working towards having the option for listing in the MLS. But since we are merely an intermediary service and not a licensed realty company, we will have to partner with another company to make this option available to our customers. Please check back for updates.
